Content License

All Coilworks branding, website text, product photography, illustrations and kit designs are owned by HAMILTON CONTROL SYSTEMS LTD. or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, redistribute, resell or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

You keep ownership of the photos and content you submit — for example a desk photo used by Setup Studio, or details in an enquiry. By submitting it, you grant Coilworks a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store and process that content only for the purpose of providing the service or responding to you.

Uploaded desk photos used by Setup Studio are cached and then cleared after 30 days by default. We do not use your uploaded photos for advertising or sell them. See our Privacy Policy for retention detail.

You confirm that content you submit is yours to share and does not infringe anyone else’s rights or contain unlawful material. We may remove content that breaches this or our Acceptable Use Policy.
