Refund & Returns

How returns, refunds, replacements and membership cancellations work at Coilworks.

30-day returns

Unused, unopened kits in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Start a return by emailing support@hamcontrol.shopwith your order reference; we’ll confirm the return address and next steps.

Opened consumables

For hygiene and safety, opened consumable parts — adhesive clips, straps and labels — cannot be returned once removed from their packaging, unless they are faulty. This does not affect your rights in respect of faulty goods.

Adhesive and surface damage

Because adhesive and surface-mount parts can affect finishes, damage to walls, desks or other surfaces caused by application, removal or use contrary to the instructions is not covered. Renters should choose a damage-free kit and test a small area first (see the Terms of Service).

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or with items missing, email support@hamcontrol.shopwithin 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order reference. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund, including any return postage where the fault is ours.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are made in USD to your original payment method via our payment provider, normally within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item or approving a replacement claim. Original shipping is refunded only where the return is due to our error.

Membership cancellations

Membership is a pure subscription. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed after that. Because there is no stored value or credit, unused planning allowance is not refundable and does not carry over. We do not pro-rate part-periods except where required by law.

Your statutory rights

These terms are in addition to, and do not affect, the mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence. This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
